Mehmood Abdul Razzak

Mr. Mehmood Abdul Razzak is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has over twenty years of experience in practice. He is the founding and the managing partner heading the assurance and business advisory services at Baker Tilly Pakistan. Being the International Business Leader of Baker Tilly International for Pakistan and Afghanistan, he is spearheading the overall of growth of the practice and brand ambassadoring in these jurisdictions.

His diversified experience includes corporate financing and advisory, end to end solutions to start ups, due diligence exercises both for buy and sell sides, forensic audits, audit and assurance services to businesses ranging from small family units to large private companies, listed companies and branches and subsidiaries, quoted and unquoted, of multinational companies. His sector portfolio includes pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, I.T, Distribution, Infrastructure, Insurance, Brokerage Houses, Mutual Funds, Banks, Modarabas, Non-Banking Financial Companies, exchange companies, Hospitals, Mining, Port and Shipping, NGOs, Oil Marketing and Distribution etc.

He has been a member of Quality Assurance Board, Taxation Committee and Auditing Standards and Ethics Committee of ICAP. He served four years as the elected member of the Southern Regional Committee. Presently, he has been nominated as a member of QAB on the Auditing Standards and Ethics of ICAP and is also a member of Practicing Members’ Committee of the ICAP.
