Rashid Rahman Mir

Mr. Rashid Rahman Mir is the Managing Partner of Rahman Sarfaraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq, Chartered Accountants (RSRIR), a member of Russell Bedford International. With over three decades of distinguished professional experience, Mr. Mir is widely recognized for his expertise and leadership in the fields of audit, taxation, corporate advisory, and financial management.

Mr. Mir is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP), and the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA). He is also a Certified Director from ICAP, underscoring his commitment to sound corporate governance and board leadership.

Over the years, he has led engagements across a wide spectrum of industries and built a strong reputation for delivering value-driven advisory and assurance services. He currently serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Bata Pakistan Limited and Primus Leasing Limited.

He has served as President of ICAP (2011–12) and President of PIPFA (2010–11), reflecting his longstanding contributions to the development of the accounting profession in Pakistan.
