Rana Usman

Rana M. Usman Khan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is an Audit and Assurance Partner at Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants (the Firm), serving as Partner In-charge of Lahore office of the Firm and is also serving as member of the Firm’s Board of Partners. He is also currently serving as Chair of the Asian-Oceanian Standard-Setters Group (AOSSG), a forum of standard setters from 29 jurisdictions in the Asian Oceanian Region.

He brings over three decades of expertise in accountancy, auditing, taxation, and management consultancy, mostly working with Big Four accountancy firms, where he managed a wide-ranging portfolio across sectors such as finance, telecommunications, gas and power. He has also contributed by delivering lectures, presenting papers and training sessions on various professional topics including Auditing & Ethics at different forums, seminars, workshops and conferences locally and internationally.

Rana has also played an active role at the ICAP, serving on its Northern Regional Committee (for three terms), Council, and as Vice President, while also contributing to several key technical and regulatory committees of the ICAP. Rana has also chaired the Auditing Standards and Ethics Committee during his term as the ICAP Council Member.
