He is a part of audit leadership in country, leading team of enthusiastic professionals. Atif has over 25 years\u2019 experience with the firm, working in various capacities.<\/p>\n<p>Atif is a member of the ICAP \u2018Auditing Standards &#038; Ethics Board\u2019 and is also a part of Advisory Group to the \u2018Accounting Standards Board\u2019 of ICAP providing insights and technical matters affecting the overall accounting profession of the country. <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Atif is currently heading the KPMG Pakistan\u2019s Department of Professional Practice and is actively involved in supporting teams in performing quality engagements by responding to\/ reviewing auditing and financial reporting consultations, and financial statements reviews, driving consistent application of accounting and auditing standards across the Firm, providing technical support to manage risks related to technical issues facing the practice, developing and maintaining leading edge technical knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>He is also part of various KPMG\u2019s regional Professional Practice Forums.
