Mr. Osama Kapadia

Chairman Digital Assurance and Accounting Board

Mr. Osama Kapadia is a Partner at A. F. Ferguson & Co. and a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at A. F. Ferguson & Co. where he leads internal digital transformation and data-driven initiatives.

He has extensive experience in the Assurance practice, including a brief engagement in the pharmaceutical sector, and rejoined the firm in 2008. Over the course of his career, he has worked across multiple sectors with a strong focus on downstream oil and gas and energy.

Mr. Kapadia was also a member of the Southern Regional Committee of ICAP for the term 2022 - 2026, contributing to professional development and governance initiatives within the Southern Region.
