Riaz Nazarali Chunara

Mr. Chunara is presently Managing Director of the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), a training subsidiary of State Bank. After 17 years of post-qualification experience working in various capacities in Unilever Pakistan and other multinational organizations in Kenya and Tanzania, he joined State Bank of Pakistan in May 2007 as Director of Accounts in State Bank of Pakistan’s Subsidiary, SBP Banking Service Corporation (SBP BSC). In SBP, he has been working in various capacities as Director of Currency Management, Director of Finance, SBP, and Executive Director, of the Internal Audit & Compliance Department. He has been associated with different Committees entrusted with different tasks and has represented the State Bank of Pakistan at various national and international fora.
