He brings varied 25+ years of experience with Big4, bluechip Telecom, Media, ,Energy sector organizations, FinTech, and other Technology start-ups. He has worked and delivered projects in 45+ countries across Asia, Europe, and Africa. Experience in managing P&Ls, large & diverse teams, and functions gained in departmental, operational & financial leadership roles.

Since 2021, Shabkhez has been focusing on a portfolio of Technology and Consulting businesses and startups as an advisor/ investor/ founder or partner. This includes a sizeable ICT group (IPO & GRC Advisor), Aion Digital (B2B fintech, co-founder/ former COO), Outvise (Business technology talent platform, MENA Partner), and a stealth startup (Consultancy, Talent and Tech Services, Founder & Director). He also serves as an advisor/ mentor to some other companies looking to enter ME market and select startups.
