FAWAD AFTAB
Fawad is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). He has a twenty plus years of experience of leading and managing teams in the field of financial planning, operational controls, risk management, taxation, treasury & HR Management. He completed his mandatory audit training from A.F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers World Firm Limited) in 1999.
In the year 2000 he joined a greenfield project Karachi International Container Terminal Ltd a subsidiary of Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH) which is a global leader in Port management and operations. In 2007, he joined Cargill Inc. USA subsidiaries in Pakistan. As Controller he was part of the local leadership team for commodity trading businesses. Since 2016 he joined Asia Petroleum Limited (APL) as CFO and Company Secretary. APL is a joint venture company of Pakistan State Oil (Pakistan), Infraavest Ltd. (Hong Kong), Veco Inc. (USA) and Independent Petroleum Group (Kuwait).
Besides his professional qualifications he has completed the Global Leadership training of HPH from IVEY Business School, High Performance Managers Training from Cargill Leadership Academy and Directors Training from ICAP.
Fawad strongly believes in voluntary work for the community. Since 2012, he is President of Koshish Foundation in Pakistan which provides scholarships and supports technical labs in leading Universities of Pakistan. He has also participated in Community education & development programs of The Citizens Foundation.
Fawad is also an active member of ICAP Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Committee and had also contributed in Continued Professional Development (CPD) Committee. He has been instrumental in working with the teams for conducting CFO Conferences, National Finance Olympiad, and Various seminars and webinars.
Fawad is an avid sportsman and a cricket fanatic. He actively plays indoor games and golf. He is a member of South End Club (Pvt) Ltd and DHA Beach View Club.
MUHAMMAD HUMAIR
Muhammad Humair is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and having experience of over 20 years.
‘Transformation’ is the key word that pumps Humair – hence, being the Change Agent, he has been involved in various organizational transformational projects while working as CFO for private companies in Dawood Hercules Group.
He is also involved as Advisory Council Member with TECH Pakistan, a platform for new IT startups. He is also involved as mentor for SEED Ventures and NICK for young entrepreneurs.
Humair is passionate about SDGs / ESG and presented his papers on international forums such as International Sustainability Conference and at the International D&I Conference.
Humair is an active member of PAIB committee and is leading two subcommittees CFO Conference Organising Committee and Finance Leadership Transformation Program. Further, he is also member of iThrive Incubation Committee and National Finance Olympiad subcommittee.
SYED MOIN UDDIN
Syed Moin uddin is a Chartered Accountant, Coach / Mentor, MBTI practitioner and Palladium Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Graduate. He was also part of high impact learning at the Executive Program of Queen’s University, Canada.
He is advisor to the CEO of a leading media group. He brings hands-on experience of business strategy and business process automation. He also represents a global strategy solution organization in Pakistan.
Mr. Moin was awarded a certificate of merit, as part of the MBA visiting faculty, by Hamdard Institute of Management Sciences for his devotion to education & learning.
