Khursheed Kotwal qualified in 1991 having completed her Articles Training from A F Ferguson & Co.
She has worked in Unilever for 18 years and held the position of Corporate Finance Director.  She has worked in different capacities as Chief Internal Auditor, Treasurer, Corporate Controller, Unit Head Safety and Security.
She has been elected as an independent director as a Board Member of Pakistan Micro-Finance Network.
She also serves as an Independent Member of the Audit Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She has been selected on the ICAP Digital Board.
Khursheed is a member of the Economic Affairs & Government Relations Committee & Women’s Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Khursheed is also involved in a number of Voluntary services and also serves on the Board of various Trusts to serve the Community at large.
In 2009 Khursheed founded a Management Consultancy called Aasman International, as Chief Executive Officer of the company.
