In order to support the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5) for gender equality and empowering all women and girls by 2030, multiple initiatives have been taken by the CA Women Committee of ICAP, one of them is the development of the ‘Women Inclusion Guide in CA Profession & the Workforce’. These guidelines are intended to help the organizations to make their self-evaluation and to establish best practices for enhancing women’s participation in the workforce.
Consultative sessions have been organized on a hybrid model in-person at ICAP Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and live over Zoom to obtain stakeholders input and comments on the exposure draft for its effective implementation.
Schedule of the sessions is as follows:
Karachi: Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm
Lahore: Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm
ICAP Islamabad: Friday, December 2, 2022 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm
