ICAP joins hands with PTCL/Ufone for establishing a dedicated in-house call centre to further enhance its service delivery to members and students, and for provision of better connectivity solutions to all its stakeholders. In this regard, a ceremony was held at ICAP House Karachi on October 30, 2020, where the two premier Organisations issued a joint communication.
The ceremony was graced by Mr. Khalilullah Shaikh, President ICAP; Ms. Hina Usmani, Vice President ICAP; Syed Masood Akhtar, Secretary ICAP; Mr. Muhammad Shehzad Yousuf, Chief Business Operations Officer PTCL and senior officials from both Organizations.
