The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is committed to make Chartered Accountancy education accessible to talented, aspiring, and financially deserving students across Pakistan. Aligned with this mission, the Council of ICAP aims to nurture merit, empower financially constrained students, and promote diversity and inclusion within the profession.

To further strengthen this commitment, ICAP has consolidated all existing scholarships and financial support initiatives into a unified scheme – ICAP Student Excellence and Support Fund. Effective from January 2026, this strategic initiative streamlines access, enhances governance, and broadens financial assistance for both aspiring and current CA students through the following categories:

• Interest-Free Loan Facility
