The Trainees’ Induction Fair aims to facilitate the CAF-Qualified and the Training Organizations by providing a platform to seek training opportunities for students, and assist Training Organizations in inducting the right-fit of trainees. This time, the theme of the Fair is ‘Future of Accounting Profession: Three major learning challenges for Trainees in Training Organization’.

- Continued globalization of reporting/ disclosure standards
- New forms of regulations/ Increased Regulations
Various professionals from academia and industry will be speaking about their experiences, sharing their wisdom about the expectations from the fresh trainees and challenges they are likely to face. Global emerging trends in the profession shall also be discussed.
The event will be providing an opportunity of walk-in interviews at the open house session where more than 20 Training Organizations will be joining us to select the right candidates for their teams.
