Please find below a step-by-step guide to applying for the Associate (ISCA) membership:
- Visit the ISCA eServices portal at https://eservices.isca.org.sg/ and create an account
- Upon successful account creation and login, click on “Apply for Membership/Credential” and select “Associate (ISCA)”
- Complete the online application form
- Upload a copy of the following required supporting documents:
- Identity Card/Passport
- Professional Qualification Certificate and Transcript from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) (both documents are required)
- Character Reference Form
For the Character Reference Form, please complete the referee details online for two referees. Once completed, click “Preview and Print” to download the form for signature. The signed form must then be uploaded in the document section. Referees required:- First referee: CA (Singapore) or a full member of a recognised accountancy body (including ICAP)
- Second referee: Current employer or immediate past employer
- Overseas applicants will need to either provide a Letter of Good Standing (from ICAP, in this case) or an employer letter confirming at least 6 months’ work experience
- Deed poll (if applicable)
- Make payment for the application fee and annual subscription fee to submit the application online
- Upon submission, applications will be reviewed and processed accordingly
